Will the grid hold through the peak? Know before the peak.

Demand keeps breaking records and the network grows more connected every year. We build AI that reads SCADA summaries, maintenance records, weather and field reports as one picture, and shows what breaks if one part fails.

  • Runs inside your OT boundary
  • Air-gapped option
  • Read-only connectors

Why now

More demand, more connections, less room for surprise.

Electricity demand is growing faster than it has for years, and the grid has to grow with it without failing.

3.6%

is the forecast growth in global electricity demand in 2026, up from 3% in 2025.

  • The dashboard was green until it was not.Telemetry dropped out, and no data was read as no problem.
  • We did not know those two assets shared a feeder. The dependency lived in an engineer’s head, not in any system.
  • Maintenance records and field reports disagree. The control room picks one version without knowing it is a choice.
  • Our OT network cannot touch the cloud. So AI never gets near the decisions that matter.

What changes

See the network whole, and see the weak point first.

Four moments from our working demonstration worlds for grid and water operations. The data is synthetic; the behaviour is real.

  1. 01 · Peak readiness

Will the grid hold through the heatwave peak?

Kybern combines load forecasts, asset health and maintenance status, and shows which assets are at risk, how sure it is, and which reading would change the picture.

    Kybern
  2. 02 · Dependencies

What fails if this substation trips?

Atlas maps how substations, feeders, pumping stations and critical customers depend on each other, so a single fault is traced to every place it lands.

    Kybern
  3. 03 · Procedures

Which safety procedure applies to this asset?

Entrada answers from your operating procedures, permits and manuals, cites the section, and flags when a revision changed what the field team should do.

  4. 04 · Exposure

Who is probing your network from outside?

CyberShield maps your internet-facing assets, finds exposed services and misconfigurations, and watches for leaked credentials, so the outside view of your network is known before an attacker uses it.

Deployment

Stays inside your boundary.

Run on premises or fully air-gapped next to your operational systems. Nothing needs to reach the internet.

  1. Air-gappedNo network connection at all. Local models only. For classified and mission networks.
  2. On premisesYour data centre, your hardware, your rules. Optional Meru M128 appliance.
  3. Government or sovereign cloudAccredited government or in-country cloud, with data kept inside your borders.
  4. Your cloudYour own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, under your keys and policies.
  5. ManagedWe run it for you, with the same software and the same evidence trail.

Pilot partners

Pilot Kybern on your next peak.

We are looking for a utility or infrastructure operator to run Kybern beside the control room through one demand peak, with the success measure fixed in advance. You keep the record either way.

Become a pilot partner →

How a pilot works

From first call to a measured result.

A bounded pilot inside your environment. Typical timings shown; we fix the real plan with you.

Week 1Pick one decision

We agree the one question that matters most, and the yardstick for success, before anything is built.

Weeks 2 to 3Connect a few sources

We connect the documents and systems you already run. Nothing is migrated and nothing leaves your control.

Weeks 4 to 8Run beside your team

The system works next to the way you work today, so you can compare its answers with your own.

ReviewKeep it or stop

We measure against the yardstick agreed in week 1. If it has not earned its place, you stop.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Does it connect to SCADA directly?

Kybern reads what it needs from the systems you already run, typically summaries and historians rather than live control. It never writes to control systems.

Can it run inside our OT network?

Yes. It runs on premises or fully air-gapped with local models, so nothing has to cross into IT or the internet.

What happens when telemetry drops out?

Missing data is labelled as missing, never as fine. Kybern tells you which reading is absent and how much it matters to the answer.

Does it replace our existing tools?

No. It sits on top of them and reads them as one picture. Nothing is migrated.

How do we measure success?

We agree the yardstick in the first week, for example how early a constraint is flagged, and compare against how you work today.

Book a demonstration

Show us a peak you worry about.

We will demonstrate how Kybern reads it, which assets it flags and what it says it does not know.

  • A 30-minute call with someone who builds the product, not a script.
  • A demonstration on a scenario from your world.
  • A clear view of what a pilot would cost and measure.
