The journey
Four steps where recruitment usually breaks, and what RecruitOS does at each.
AI-assisted verification reads every document, checks national ID offline, pulls official digital records, finds duplicates and mismatches, and records a confidence score and a stated reason. An officer always decides.
Verification and screeningPapers are stored encrypted and released only at the scheduled window, to named users. Every view, download and print is logged. OMR papers carry chain-of-custody tracking from the printer to the centre.
Core platformComputer-based tests with full-screen lockdown, timed delivery and auto-submission. OMR scanning and evaluation. Negative marking, objections, normalisation and merit lists. Centres keep running if the link drops.
