Requisite Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Requisite”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through requisitetech.com and when you contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you fill in a form or write to us: your name, work email, organisation, role, phone number and your message.
• Campaign details that came with your visit, such as the advertising campaign or search term that brought you to our site, so we can understand which of our activities are useful.
• Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, kept in server logs for security.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange demonstrations, pilots, partnerships or recruitment conversations.
• To keep our website secure and working.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns are useful.

We use your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and for the legitimate uses permitted by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and hosting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our relationship with you, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. You also have the right to grievance redressal. Write to reach@requisitetech.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We protect personal data with reasonable security safeguards, including access control and encryption where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
