Solutions/Defence

Defence & National Security

Know if the force can move, before you order it to.

Readiness lives in a dozen systems and a hundred reports, and some of them are wrong. We build AI that reads them as one picture, shows what is confirmed, what is missing and what conflicts, and runs fully offline on your own hardware.

Why now

Defence is spending more than ever. Most AI still cannot be trusted near a decision.

Budgets are at record highs, the pressure to decide faster keeps growing, and most AI projects never get past the demonstration.

$2.89trillion

was spent on the military worldwide in 2025, the eleventh year of growth in a row.

40%

of agentic AI projects are forecast to be cancelled by the end of 2027, for unclear value and weak risk controls.

of companies have yet to show tangible value from their use of AI.

  • Every report tells a different story.Unit returns, maintenance logs and signals traffic disagree, and the brief picks one without saying so.
  • We found out too late. The missing report was the important one. Silence was read as all clear.
  • We cannot put this on a public cloud. So the AI tools everyone talks about are off the table before the conversation starts.
  • Show me why we decided. After the event, nobody can reconstruct what was known, by whom, and when.

What changes

Questions your staff can finally answer with evidence.

Scroll through four moments from a working Kybern demonstration world built for fleet readiness. The data is synthetic; the behaviour is real.

  1. 01 · Readiness

Can Task Force 7 sail at 12:30?

Kybern assembles readiness from every source, marks each condition as known, observed, inferred, missing or conflicting, and names the one check that would most change the answer.

    Kybern
  2. 02 · Dependencies

Is the backup really a backup?

Two communications paths look independent. The World Model shows both run through one satellite gateway, so a single failure takes out both.

    Kybern
  3. 03 · Orders & SOPs

Which order is in force today?

Entrada reads orders, circulars and SOPs with their structure intact. When a new circular changes an old procedure, it shows what changed, which SOP is affected and who needs to act.

    Entrada
  4. 04 · Command

    Who decided, on what evidence?

Every recommendation becomes a decision record: the evidence, the options, the doubts, and the officer who decided. Agents can gather and draft, but they never hold approval authority.

Deployment

Built to run where the network does not reach.

Every product we sell into defence can run air-gapped, with local models only and nothing leaving the building.

  1. Air-gappedNo network connection at all. Local models only. For classified and mission networks.
  2. On premisesYour data centre, your hardware, your rules. Optional Meru M128 appliance.
  3. Government or sovereign cloudAccredited government or in-country cloud, with data kept inside your borders.
  4. Your cloudYour own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, under your keys and policies.
  5. ManagedWe run it for you, with the same software and the same evidence trail.

Recruitment for the Indian Army, certified complete

HQ 2 Signal Training Centre, Goa, needed its CSBO Grade-II recruitment to stand up to audit and appeal, without depending on an external cloud. RecruitOS ran it end to end: offline application intake, ID QR and OCR verification, officer review, and an immutable record of every decision.

How a pilot works

From first call to a measured result.

A bounded pilot inside your environment. Typical timings shown; we fix the real plan with you.

Week 1Pick one decision

We agree the one question that matters most, and the yardstick for success, before anything is built.

Weeks 2 to 3Connect a few sources

We connect the documents and systems you already run. Nothing is migrated and nothing leaves your control.

Weeks 4 to 8Run beside your team

The system works next to the way you work today, so you can compare its answers with your own.

ReviewKeep it or stop

We measure against the yardstick agreed in week 1. If it has not earned its place, you stop.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can it run without any internet connection?

Yes. Kybern and Entrada both run fully offline with local models. In Sovereign mode Entrada sends nothing outside your network, and the Meru M128 appliance arrives ready to run on an isolated network.

Is Kybern in service today?

Kybern is a working prototype with pilots open. It runs across 19 demonstration worlds, including fleet readiness and Army signals, on synthetic data. We are looking for pilot partners to run it on real data, with the success measure agreed before we start.

Does the AI make decisions?

No. AI advises and people decide. Agents can gather evidence, compare options and draft, but consequential actions wait for an authorised person, and every action is attributed to someone.

How do you handle classified material?

The software runs inside your accredited environment on your hardware. We do not need your data on our systems, and we work with your security team on accreditation from day one.

What does a pilot need from us?

One real decision, a few data sources you already hold, and a small team who will use it. We agree how success will be measured in the first week.

  • A demonstration on a scenario from your world.
