Logistics & Transportation

If one hub fails tomorrow, what happens to the festive peak?

Every shipment depends on a chain of hubs, routes, carriers and depots, and each link reports in its own way. We build AI that sees the network whole, shows which link is weakest, and compares options before you commit.

  • Sits on top of your TMS, WMS and ERP
  • On premises or your cloud
  • Nothing to migrate

Why now

Every network breaks eventually. The question is whether you see it coming.

Long disruptions are a regular event, not a rare one, and most AI projects in operations stall before they change a decision.

  • The tracking feed says on time. The driver says otherwise. Two sources disagree and the plan follows the one that is easier to read.
  • We had no plan B for that hub.A single closure cascaded through half the network.
  • Customers see it first.A delay upstream was nobody’s job to connect, so the first warning was a complaint.
  • Every carrier sends a different format. So the full picture only exists on a whiteboard in the control room.

What changes

One network, one picture, one decision record.

Four moments from our working demonstration worlds for logistics and transportation. The data is synthetic; the behaviour is real.

  1. 01 · Network

Will festive deliveries hold if one hub fails?

Kybern maps hubs, routes and carriers as one network, simulates a hub closure in a sandbox, and shows which lanes and customers are hit first.

    Kybern
  2. 02 · Freight

Which shipments will miss the vessel?

Kybern reads booking, gate and carrier data together, flags the containers at risk, and keeps conflicting updates side by side until one is confirmed.

    Kybern
  3. 03 · Rail & road

What does one closure do to the timetable?

Atlas shows how routes, crews and rolling stock depend on each other, so one disruption is traced to every service it touches.

    Kybern
  4. 04 · Fleet

Will the fleet cover tomorrow’s bookings?

Kybern links bookings, vehicle availability, driver hours and maintenance, so a shortfall is seen the evening before, not at the depot gate.

Deployment

Fits the stack you already run.

Kybern reads from your TMS, WMS, ERP and carrier feeds. Run it on premises, in your own cloud, or managed by us.

  1. Air-gappedNo network connection at all. Local models only. For classified and mission networks.
  2. On premisesYour data centre, your hardware, your rules. Optional Meru M128 appliance.
  3. Government or sovereign cloudAccredited government or in-country cloud, with data kept inside your borders.
  4. Your cloudYour own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, under your keys and policies.
  5. ManagedWe run it for you, with the same software and the same evidence trail.

Pilot partners

Pilot Kybern before your next peak.

We are looking for a logistics or transport operator to run Kybern beside the control tower through one peak season, with success agreed in advance.

How a pilot works

From first call to a measured result.

A bounded pilot inside your environment. Typical timings shown; we fix the real plan with you.

Week 1Pick one decision

We agree the one question that matters most, and the yardstick for success, before anything is built.

Weeks 2 to 3Connect a few sources

We connect the documents and systems you already run. Nothing is migrated and nothing leaves your control.

Weeks 4 to 8Run beside your team

The system works next to the way you work today, so you can compare its answers with your own.

ReviewKeep it or stop

We measure against the yardstick agreed in week 1. If it has not earned its place, you stop.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Does it replace our control tower software?

No. Kybern sits on top of what you run and reads it as one network. It adds the reasoning, the doubt and the decision record.

Can it simulate disruptions?

Yes. Options and disruptions are tested in sandbox copies of your World Model, never on the live picture.

What about carriers with poor data?

Their updates are labelled by age and source. Stale or conflicting data shows up as visible doubt, not hidden error.

How quickly can we pilot?

Typically within weeks, starting with one network decision and a few feeds you already receive.

Where does it run?

On premises, in your own cloud account, or managed by us. Your data stays in your country.

Book a demonstration

Show us the hub that keeps you up at night.

We will simulate it in a sandbox and show you what fails first.

  • A 30-minute call with someone who builds the product, not a script.
  • A demonstration on a scenario from your world.
  • A clear view of what a pilot would cost and measure.
