Healthcare & Life Sciences

Can we absorb tonight’s surge? Answer it before it arrives.

Beds, staff, theatres, supplies and referrals are tracked in different systems, and patient data cannot leave the building. We build AI that sees capacity whole, answers from your protocols with the source attached, and runs entirely on your premises.

  • Patient data stays on premises
  • GDPR and local law aligned
  • Evidence on every answer

Why now

Fewer hands, more patients, and data that cannot leave the building.

Health systems are short of staff, health data is the most expensive to lose, and the AI that could help most is the AI they cannot send data to.

  • Every ward reports beds differently. The bed board says free; the ward says the patient is still being discharged.
  • Which protocol is current?Clinical guidelines are revised, but the copy on the shared drive is not.
  • We cannot put patient records in a public AI.So the tools that could help most are the ones you cannot use.
  • The supply problem showed up in theatre.A shortage was visible in procurement data days earlier.

What changes

Capacity, protocols and supply, each with evidence.

Four moments from our working demonstration worlds for hospital operations and pharma supply. The data is synthetic; the behaviour is real.

  1. 01 · Capacity

Can we absorb tonight’s admission surge?

Kybern reads beds, staffing, theatre lists and discharges as one picture, and says how sure it is, which ward has not reported, and what would change the answer.

    Kybern
  2. 02 · Protocols

What does the current protocol say?

Entrada answers from your clinical guidelines, SOPs and formularies, cites the section, and flags when a newer version changed the guidance.

    Entrada
  3. 03 · Supply

    Will the shortage reach theatre?

Kybern links procurement, stock and theatre schedules, so a supplier delay is traced to the procedures it affects before the day of surgery.

  4. 04 · Protection

Is your hospital’s name being used to scam patients?

CyberShield finds fake appointment sites, fake helpline numbers and leaked staff credentials, and takes the fakes down with evidence.

Deployment

Patient data stays inside your walls.

Run on your premises or on an appliance in your server room, with local models. No patient data goes to a public AI service.

  1. Air-gappedNo network connection at all. Local models only. For classified and mission networks.
  2. On premisesYour data centre, your hardware, your rules. Optional Meru M128 appliance.
  3. Government or sovereign cloudAccredited government or in-country cloud, with data kept inside your borders.
  4. Your cloudYour own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, under your keys and policies.
  5. ManagedWe run it for you, with the same software and the same evidence trail.

Pilot partners

Pilot capacity intelligence in one hospital.

We are looking for a hospital or group to run Kybern beside its bed management team through one season, with success agreed in advance.

Become a pilot partner →

How a pilot works

From first call to a measured result.

A bounded pilot inside your environment. Typical timings shown; we fix the real plan with you.

Week 1Pick one decision

We agree the one question that matters most, and the yardstick for success, before anything is built.

Weeks 2 to 3Connect a few sources

We connect the documents and systems you already run. Nothing is migrated and nothing leaves your control.

Weeks 4 to 8Run beside your team

The system works next to the way you work today, so you can compare its answers with your own.

ReviewKeep it or stop

We measure against the yardstick agreed in week 1. If it has not earned its place, you stop.

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Does patient data leave the hospital?

No. The software runs on your premises with local models. Nothing is sent to a public AI service.

Does it give clinical advice?

No. Entrada answers from your own approved protocols and cites them, and Kybern supports operational decisions such as capacity and supply. Clinical judgement stays with clinicians.

Does it replace our HIS?

No. Kybern reads what it needs from your existing systems and shows them as one picture. Nothing is migrated.

How do you handle missing ward updates?

A ward that has not reported is shown as missing, never as fine, and Kybern says how much that gap matters to the answer.

How do we start?

With one decision, such as evening surge readiness, a few data sources, and a yardstick agreed in week one.

Book a demonstration

See your capacity picture, with the gaps shown.

Tell us the decision your operations team makes every evening. We will show how it looks with every source labelled.

  • A 30-minute call with someone who builds the product, not a script.
  • A demonstration on a scenario from your world.
  • A clear view of what a pilot would cost and measure.
