Senior practitioners.
Every engagement.
No exceptions.

The executive who starts a conversation with RT is talking to the practitioner who will conduct the Diagnostic, design the governance architecture, and be present throughout the engagement. There is no handoff. There is no delivery team behind the senior face.

The Staffing Model

Who actually does
the work.

RT engagements are staffed by senior practitioners who have spent their careers working at the intersection of governance, organisational complexity, and decision architecture. They are not generalist consultants. They are not analysts working under a senior partner.

The practitioner leading an RT engagement brings direct experience of the structural conditions RT addresses. They have seen these conditions from the inside, not only from advisory positions.

Every engagement has a named lead practitioner who is responsible for the Diagnostic, accountable for the governance architecture, and present throughout the engagement. That accountability does not get delegated.

The RT Practitioner Profile

Senior practitioners who bring three things every engagement requires.

Structural diagnostic capability. The ability to observe how an organisation actually operates — beyond documentation and stated intent — and name the structural conditions producing the governance challenge.

Governance architecture judgement. The capacity to design decision structures, accountability frameworks, and operating architectures grounded in organisational reality rather than imported templates.

Senior advisory presence. The ability to work directly with CEOs, COOs, and board-level executives — challenging structural assumptions, surfacing uncomfortable realities, and holding the engagement to what the Diagnostic actually found.

What RT Is Built To Do

How the quality of every
engagement is protected.

Three structural commitments RT makes to every organisation it works with — not as aspirations, but as conditions of engagement.

Commitment 01

The Diagnostic is never compressed.

Four weeks is the minimum time required to surface structural reality with the rigour an RT engagement demands. RT does not compress the Diagnostic to accelerate the engagement timeline or to accommodate an organisation’s urgency to reach conclusions. What is found in the Diagnostic is what the engagement is built on.

Commitment 02

The lead practitioner does not change mid-engagement.

The practitioner who conducts the Diagnostic carries the structural understanding required to design the governance architecture. That understanding cannot be transferred through a handoff document. The continuity of senior judgement throughout the engagement is non-negotiable.

Commitment 03

RT tells you if the fit is not right.

The first conversation is not a sales process. If the Diagnostic reveals that the organisation’s challenge is not structural, RT says so. RT does not take on engagements that are not the right fit, even when an organisation is willing to pay for them. The integrity of the advisory model depends on the integrity of the selection process.

The Capacity Constraint

Why RT limits the number of
engagements it takes.

The advisory model described above has a structural consequence: RT can only take on a limited number of engagements simultaneously. Senior practitioner involvement throughout every engagement is incompatible with an unlimited client roster.

This is not a growth constraint RT is working to overcome. It is a structural feature RT actively maintains. The quality of governance advisory of this kind is inseparable from the depth of senior involvement — and depth of involvement has limits.

Organisations that engage RT do so in the knowledge that the firm is genuinely available to their engagement — not stretched across dozens of simultaneous commitments. That availability is part of what the engagement is.

The Deliberate Constraint

"RT will always be a firm that does fewer things at a higher standard rather than more things at scale. That is a choice, not a limitation."

The organisations that benefit most from RT’s advisory model are those that understand this — and value the depth of senior engagement it produces over the breadth of service a larger firm can offer. If the brief requires scale, RT is not the right firm. If the brief requires depth, RT is designed for exactly that.

— Frequently Asked

Questions about how RT works

01. Will I be working with a senior practitioner throughout — or just at the start?

Throughout. The practitioner who conducts your Leadership Clarity Diagnostic is the practitioner who designs the governance architecture and leads the engagement from start to finish. RT does not use a relationship partner to sell and scope an engagement and then hand it to a delivery team. The senior involvement is structural — it does not diminish as the engagement progresses.

RT deliberately limits simultaneous engagements to protect the depth of senior involvement each one requires. The specific number varies depending on the nature and intensity of active engagements. What does not vary is the commitment: every active engagement receives the full attention of its lead practitioner. RT does not take on new engagements when existing ones would be compromised by doing so.

RT says so — directly and without equivocation. The Diagnostic is a genuine inquiry, not a process designed to confirm the sale. If the structural reality the Diagnostic surfaces indicates that the organisation needs implementation support, a different kind of advisory, or no external advisory at all, RT communicates that clearly and, where possible, points toward what would actually serve the organisation better.

On specific engagements where specialist knowledge augments the governance advisory — for example, where a particular regulatory context or technical domain requires expertise RT does not hold directly — RT may bring in a specialist for that specific dimension. When this occurs, it is disclosed to the client. The governance advisory work itself — the Diagnostic, the architectural judgement, the senior presence — remains with RT’s own practitioners.

The Right Entry Point

Every engagement
begins with a conversation.

30 minutes. The practitioner who takes that call is the practitioner who would lead your engagement. You will know within that conversation whether RT is the right fit.
